Frequently asked

Where is my data stored? Is it secure?

Data is stored in enterprise-grade secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Only you can access your properties and tenants. Email-based auth with verification.

Does the app work offline?

Viewing and basic operations work offline — the app syncs changes as soon as the network is back. AI features (meter OCR, contract recognition) require internet.

What if my tenant doesn't use Telegram?

The Telegram bot is a convenient option, not a requirement. You can always enter meter readings yourself — by photo (with AI-OCR) or manually.

Can I import data from Excel?

Excel import isn't in v1.0 yet. We plan to add it in one of the upcoming versions — if this matters to you, leave your email below and we'll let you know when it's live.

How do I cancel the Pro subscription?

The subscription is managed natively through App Store or Google Play — one tap in your account settings. No "delete my account" emails required.

What happens after I cancel?

All your data stays. The app switches to Free mode: you keep working with one property, the rest become read-only. You can return to Pro anytime to remove the limits.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — Settings → Security → Delete account. All your data (properties, tenants, meter photos, contracts) is permanently erased from our servers within minutes.
